Shipping:
Please allow 7 business days, in addition to the shipping time, for your order to be processed. We will make every attempt in getting you your order as quickly as possible. However, there are many variables that can delay this action, such as:
Actual packing & processing time
Credit Card Processing turnaround time
What time of day or day of week we receive your order
Mail pick up times, acts of nature, etc

Payment Info:
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Money Orders. All payments are made through a secure server. The KATYAMUSIC Store at no point has access to your credit card information. We do not accept cash or checks. Money Orders can be mailed to KATYAMUSIC, 8939 So. Sepulveda Bl. STE 110-204 Los Angeles, CA 90045.
Returns:
We offer store credit for all returned items, no cash refunds. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to exchange for store credit any items that have not been washed or worn within 30 days of purchase. Once CD's, Posters or packaged non-wearables are opened, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. There is a $6.00 return shipping fee required for all exchanges. If we have made an error on your order you will not have to submit the $6.00 exchange/return ship fee.
If you are needing to exchange an item please return it along with the items you'd like to exchange.
